Us Moms are incredibly busy people! We juggle so many roles and we try to do it seamlessly. In the process, we often forget to take care of ourselves. We need to be spiritually fed too! We need friends and we desperately need community. We need our tribe, those who are on this journey with us...those who totally get it because they are in the trenches too!
But, starting a mom's group from scratch can feel intimidating, overwhelming, and possibly even impossible. You may be thinking, where do I even begin? My goal for this community is that we can help to make it as easy as possible for you to create your moms group. If you already have an amazing group, my goal is that we can share ideas to make our groups even better!
